Gas Approvals: Type A, Type B

All Steam & Maintenance can provide all aspects of Gas requirements to a very high standard of assurance to your company. We can determine all gas requirements for safe operation of your plant. Starting at pipe sizing for required gas rates for your plant to the installation of the required pipework, through to all the paperwork for Type A and Type B Gas Authority Approvals from the Australian Gas Association. Various approvals have been approved for all Steam & Maintenance in many different Industries including food cannery’s, microbreweries, dry cleaners, hospitals, concrete factories, food packaging, nurseries and many more industries requiring steam.

Steam Boiler Sales, Service & Installation

All Steam & Maintenance has 20+ years’ experience in the steam industry covering all facets of steam boilers from fabrication aspects of steam boilers to annual servicing of steam boilers ranging from small electrical boilers at dry-cleaners to large coal fired boilers at the Golden Circle Cannery. Many different installations from ground up including all electrical wiring and pipework associated with all ancillaries connected to the boiler. Including blowdown vessels, feed-water tanks, steam headers. We can also fabricate any of these ancillaries as well.  Any type of fuel line installation for the boiler being gas, oil, waste oil, diesel. Any of the pipework fabricated using many different materials including stainless tube, stainless pipe, copper, black steel pipe or hosing. We will do the fabrication of the steam lines from the boiler to anywhere steam is required in your plant/factory again from any material required for the steam pipework requirements. All pressure welded to Australian codes of practise.

All Steam & Maintenance are not limited to steam boilers. We are certified Tradespeople in the Boilermaking Industry which we believe if its metal we can do it. We are very diverse in the steel industry to the point of fabrication of aluminium trailers, to mild steel chook pens and cubby houses for children. We have had our hand in the building/modification of bitumen plants, coffee roasting machine installations, aluminium boat modifications, shed building, stainless steel tank fabrications, pressure vessel fabrication, heat exchange fabrication & all pipe pressure welding.

We have the experience & capabilities to complete competently, efficiently, honestly any task assigned to us. All Steam & Maintenance are a 1 on 1 company to deal with. No hierarchy involved. Russell Dix is the director, estimator, boilermaker on the tools and quality control. He is a qualified ticketed TIG pressure welder just to mention a part of his experience in the industry. Planning is all completed through Russell from concepts to commissioning. With that in mind we have access to all welding equipment, fabrication equipment in his personal workshop. Machines including brakepress folders, guillotines, presses, metal lathes and all welding machines required. All Steam & Maintenance has tight connections with other boiler companies, engineering companies and laser cutting companies, so nothing is out of reach for All Steam & Maintenance therefore being piece of mind to the client that jobs be completed competently, efficiently and to industry leading standard.
